EPS Sandwich Panel Machine

Our EPS Sandwich Panel Machine is a integrated production line which consist of a roll forming machine and a sandwich panel laminating system. The line can produce three types of sandwich panels: flat wall sandwich panel, push-in sandwich panel and corrugated sandwich panel.

3-EPS Block Specification
Density ≥18/m3, Unstraightness for all sides ≤1mm/m, Curve ≤3mm/m,The surface of the EPS shall be even,Unevenness of the surface shall less than 1.5mm/m,length of single piece of EPS shall be ≥3m.
