There are 3 types for PU Continuous Sandwich panel line in our factory. 1、Flat wall panel with metal hard-surface The Flat wall panel will become steel plate after production, the effective width is 1144mm; there is 194mm triangle rib between the faceplate and the bottom; the installation is tongue-and-groove type, please check the details as follow(see drawing). 2、Roof panel with metal hard-surface and soft lamination The roof panel will be steel panel after production, the effective width is 750mm; there is 250mm triangle rib between the faceplate and the bottom, the bottom is flat aluminum foil; the installation is clear-nail type, please check the details as follow(see drawing). 3、Refrigerating Sandwich Panel The working principle of the PU Sandwich line is: Continually spray the PU foam into the middle of the forming panel, and the double belt conveyor runs steady, and then the foam occurs polymerization, finally becomes PU panel. The cutting length in the producing line is expected setting firstly; it won’t stop during the producing process. Main Technical Parameters Sandwich Panel Spec.
